Michael K. Bailey brings to the firm 20 years of experience as a personal injury trial lawyer. He has worked successfully on behalf of injured victims, as well as for the insurance companies that defend injury cases. Mr. Bailey has been a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer since June, 1987, when he became the youngest lawyer in Florida to hold the Florida Bar's certification. He is also certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, a nationwide organization of trial lawyers meeting exceptionally high standards of qualification and experience, and is a member of the exclusive Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a select group of attorneys who have obtained verdicts or settlements of One Million Dollars or more.
Donald A. Myers, Jr. complements the firm's personal injury trial practice with 11 years experience as a trial lawyer. His prior medical training and background as a speech/language pathologist and as a consultant to hospitals help him in the evaluation and development of injury cases.
